World Hunger is obviously a HUGE issue now. During this unit in science, I have learned that even if you can't do much, little actions like: donating to a local food drive, eating less meat, and using less fuel, can help greatly. The whole reason for world hunger is third world country debts. While America is rich and can pay all their debt, third world countries can't. Since they spend all of their money on debt, they don't have any more money for crucial resources like; food and water. I guess you would consider America a little bit lazy, since we have all the money and we are using most of that on food. Eventhough it may seem impossible to stop this global issue of hunger, it is possible if we actually try. Governments are actually lowering the debts of third world countries so they could use the money for resources. But this won't last long. Soon governments will be demanding huge amounts of debt from Africa, and then more people will die from starvation. So go out there and carpool with other students, or donate to a local food drive!
