Driving Eco-friendly --- Dilip V. Entry #2

"Were you successful in convincing people to make a change in their lives in regards to your project? Why do you think they did or did not agree to make a change? What did you learn about what it takes to persuade people to make a change in their lifestyle and how can you more effectively convince people to make a change if you were to do this again?"

I was successful in convincing people to change their driving habits and become more efficient and/or electric. They were very entertained when watching my video and laughed a lot. I then asked them if they wanted to change their habits of driving. Two of them agreed and the last person disagreed because he said that he "had other things to do". I asked the two other people what they would do to change themselves and one said that he would remind his parents to slow down when they are speeding. I could tell he was determined to help out. Then I asked the next person and he said he would tell his parents to drive in less crowd to save gas. I learned that whatever you are going to present has to be exciting, funny, and entertaining enough to catch the viewers attention. I think next time if I did this, when I ask the viewers what they are going to do to help, I should probably help out the viewer if he is bummed out on what to do to help and give him tips and ideas.
