I think everyone should know this one piece of information and think about it:
(from www.uua.org) At the rate we are releasing greenhouse gases, by 2100, one half of Earth's nature and animal species will be severely endangered as their ecosystems unravel and their habitats are destroyed. Methane from melting Siberian permafrost peat bogs will be released and increase global warming even more. Even glaciers in Antarctica are starting to melt and that increases the chance of flooding everywhere in the world. This may even trigger an ice age in Northern Europe and North America.
I think everyone should probably think about what they do to help cause all of the above. A lot of it is our fault.
Wow. I hope that people start taking action to save the Earth before these drastic consequences to our non-eco-friendly actions take place!
