Renewable Resources

"Now that you are towards the end of this unit project and in the process of completion, what do you think is the single most important piece of information you have learned and one that you think is very important for everyone to know about?"



My response: Only 7% of the world's energy is generated using renewable resources. The world uses 43 quadrillion  BTUs (the amount of energy in 1 match) a year. In the big picture, no one is using renewable resources. Raising this number by even 1% would be leading us to a better future.
