Did you know that 23% of the Americans don't recycle? That is a lot of people. What is preventing them from recycling? Some cases might be poverty, no recycling program, and no bin. What makes it so hard for people to buy a bin? And if there is no program, you can simply just reuse. If you are in poverty, why don't you just reuse as well? That way you save money. All of those scraps may become useful sometime. And it is possible to make a difference if everyone recycles.
