Eco-friendly Tea Drinking?

During cold winter days like these, I often drink several cups of tea at night. My latest favorite brand is Numi. Their tea is organic (if you're not sure what that means --- look it up!) and it just taste great! I looked at their packaging and noticed that it said something about the packaging being from solar-energy origins. It turns out that that's just one of the few "green" practices they have for their business. They even participate in a carbon offset program.
